This is because:

  • only a limited number of people can apply online each week

More applications will become available every Monday.

You can still apply by post

There is a different way to claim if you are nearing the end of life (for example, because you have a life-limiting illness).

If you print and post the form, your claim will start on the date we receive it.

If you call the helpline to request a form, your claim will start on the date of your call.
